The machine consist of hopper , vibrating chamber , couple and motor . There are eccentric wheel,rubber software, main shaft and shaft-bearing in the vibration chamber .The adjustable eccentric hammer is driven to the center line through the motor , cause centrifuged force under the state of unbalance and so that the materials from regular eddy . The amplitude of the hammer may be adjusted according to the property of material and the mesh screen.It is compact in structure, small in volume,thightness dust free, noise-free, high output,low in energy consumption, easy to move and easy to maintain.
